- Is delivery also possible via the carrier you choose?
As FERPA we work with DHL Express. If you want another transport company, you can let us know by email. We are not responsible for any difficulties or delays caused by your chosen transport company.
- Can I also have the package sent to another address?
We are happy to deliver to an address of your choice. The desired address can also be in Turkey. In this case the shipping costs for Turkey apply.
- Can I also pay when I receive the package?
No, you cannot pay upon receipt or after receiving your package. An order will not be shipped without prior payment.
